My consulting services

Since 2020 in particular, the economic environment has been characterized by unpredictable, multiple massive crises and uncertainties. As a result, companies and in particular small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have come under strong pressure that could threaten their very existence and current business models and  structures must be adapted to these challenges.

In this challenging situation, professional and pragmatic external consulting can provide valuable support to implement „turn-arounds“ and achieve long-term, profitable growth again.  

Based on my extensive (operational) management and consulting experience, I am at your side to provide precisely this kind of advice.
